PPPE CONNECT Delivery

All deliveries placed through the ppeconnect.uk website are processed and dispatched in the UK. We offer two options for delivery:

Free next day UK PPE CONNECT delivery

• Any orders placed before 3pm on Monday-Thursday for locations within the UK qualify for next day delivery. On Fridays any orders placed before 3pm will arrive on Monday, whilst those made after 3pm will arrive on Tuesday.

EU/EEA PPE CONNECT delivery only £5

• We offer delivery to any and all EU and EEA nations for only £5. When you receive your shipping confirmation we will provide a tracking number for accurate updates. All orders placed should be received within 2 working days.

International PPE CONNECT delivery

• Currently we don’t offer shipping to countries outside of the EU/EEA. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Buying PPE CONNECT

Payments can be made in any card currency with no fees. Please don’t close the payment page until you’ve been returned to our order confirmation page.

Returning PPE CONNECT

We will only process a return guaranteed in an instance where the wrong order has been dispatched. All other issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

The shopper has the right to cancel within fourteen days of receipt of the goods. If the shopper does cancel their order, they will have their payment refunded within 24 hours once the goods are returned & received by PPECONNECT.UK. If the goods have not yet been dispatched, a refund will be issued right away.

Goods must be returned in the state they were sent, unopened & unused. If the shopper has experienced an issue with the product itself, then this issue must first be raised with ppeconnect.ukbefore the product is returned.
